I just got one of those 41 opening collage picture frames and there are so many different sizes like 3x3 and 3.5x2.75 and my computer printers program doesn't have an option to customize what size you want...it just has the originals like 8x10 and 5x7. My question is what is a good free downloaded photo editor that allows you to make changes to your picture like cropping and rfree photo editor downloadsemoving red eye and also allows you to pick your print size?
