Works disks are so common you ought to find them at any flea market. For versions 4.0 and before use all "1"s for the product key. For later versions go to Brian Carr's website. Finally I would office free down loadagree with others get Open Office.

but ideally you need a broadband connection as it is a hefty download
microsoft will let you download and use word free for a short time not sure how long though sorry
