Can I install any program of my choice (that I own) into U3 or is U3 made in such a way that I can only use the programs from Sandisk's list of programs on their website (U3 Central) that are made especially for cruzer micro/U3 & no other program?
And if I uninstall U3, will I be u3 download central not workable to later download & install only 1 program (the password protection program) and nothing else from the package they offer?

You can only download U3 compaitble programs. In other words NO you can't install ANY program onto the cruzer.
Yes you can reinstall U3 latu3 download central not worker if you uninstall it. You can reinstall it from sandisk.com then click on downloads.
