i don't get why people keep saying that mccain supporters are racist. The reason obama won was because he got the votes from liberal caucasians in major cities, the whole population of the immigrants, and the the population of african americans. Which is pretty much the people who are in power of the media and the news. And MEDIA is a POWERFUL TOOL in politics.
I don't get why people call mccain supporters racist, I mean put yourselves in their shoes. If a white person ran for president in Jamaica and plans to strive towards ideals and concepts that are foreign to you, those Jamaicans would be pretty pissed.
By the way, Canada is not socialist, you dumb redneck. Saddam Hussein's Iraq was socialist. Go to your history or government classes once in a while. Better yet, learn your geography as well. Secondly, WE ARE NOT SOCIALISTS. We have a 'Mixed Economy'. We are Capitalist with several socialized services like health-care. The HMOs aren't giving it to us up the culo the same way you're taking it. People don't die just because they can't afford their doctors. What you have now is a health-care system based purely on greed. I mean really, your the only G8 nation without socialized health-care. We also take better care of our troops (even pay them more than you). We heavily tax corporations who outsource our jobs, because we don't like to support communist countries like China. We also have a very open immigration policy, and welcome people to come and join our culture, and yet, no terrorism.
I'm not sure whether it's ignorance, arrogance, or some kind of conspiracy that keeps you people blissfully unaware of how dysfunctional your government is.
So before you go and brand us as 'Socialist', at least do a little research.

Socialism - n. A political and economic system in which all the means of production & distribution are owned, managed & controlled by an elected central government.
That's not us, and that is certainly not Obama.

I don't know. It won't prevent Obama from turning America socialist (it really doesn't take that long especially when your checks and balance system is useless as it would be with a Democratic President and a Democratic Congress). But it doesn't make any sense to try and escape socialism by moving to another socialist leaning country.

I'm Canadian and there are quite a few ppl I know who have a lot of disdain for Americans. also, certain parts of the west tend to be more conservative whereas the east is generally liberal (although in the recent election they lost a ton of seats in the house of commons). its just ppl talking nonsense.
I would go to Australia. They are what we used to be. They actually love their nation and reject those who try to change it. The Obamites want some sort of utopian ideal that is completely unrealistic. The Aussies don't have their heads in the clouds.

Americans were dupped into pretending to be millionaires while at the same time Bush was inflating the currency to fund a war that accomplished nothing and killed thousands of young people who could've more productive in the American Workforce.
