If this is a stand-alone video card, you'll go to the website for the maker of the card and search for the driver for your specific model. Generally, this will be ether ATI or nVidia:
If you have an integrated video card, in other words free video driver downloadone that is soldered directly onto the motherboard of the comptuer itself or one for the video chipset in a laptop, you'll need to go to the website for the motherboard or laptop manufacturer.
Again, go to the site and search for drivers specific to the make and model of your motherboard or laptop.

At any of those sites the download of the proper drivers for your hardware should be free.
