as for the best player I would have to say HENRIK ZETTERBERG! Just like you said they ARE the best team so far but we still have a LOT of games to go!
The best player is Ovechkin and the best team is montreal because the do best players in nhl 11it together not though a few superstars(Detriot) plus an amasing rookie goalie helps.

In my opinion I think the Philadelphia Flyers are looking great after a disaster of a season last year. It's just too bad Steve Downie couldn't be playing. And the best player so far i think is Jeff Carter from Philly who has notched 6 goals already.

The best player in my book is Jochen Hecht. The best team in my book is the Buffalo Sabres. But in all reality, i think the Ducks are the best team this year...and Zetterberg is the best player.
